Help goats repel creepers

I'm pretty sure that goats are supposed to repel creepers which I love the idea of because in real life I really dont like cats but in game the goats dont do a really good job at all repelling creepers so I think the dev's should do something with the code to make them repel creepers as much as cats. (p.s no offense to cat lovers)
