Addition of a new creative tab...

I noticed that it was tiring to use the /give command to get creative items, like the command block or the barrier. I therefore propose to add a creative tab that would bring together these items, either accessible via a debugging command (F3) or directly.
Hoping to improve the game the best that I can ...
