Command to disable command blocks

If you put a command block with repeat mode and assign it the command / tpa (Coordinates) and they are outside the interaction range of the command block, it can ruin your minecraft world because you can't move.

And I have a solution for this. If you create a gamerule command that deactivates / activates the operation of command blocks, that would be fixed!

 

Example on:

/gamerule commandblock true

Example off:

/gamerule commandblock false

    I think this will not be implemented, for one thing because using command blocks is at your own risk.
