A problem that I frequently run into when playing survival is that I don't have the necessary redstone resources available for creating various farms and contraptions. As of the 1.14 update, villagers started trading a plethora of different items.
I think having some sort of way to obtain redstone resources through trading would be useful. I have two ideas on this new profession's trades:
Idea #1:
The villager can trade useful redstone resources, starting with simple and cheap ones going all the way up to more complex and expensive ones. For example, the villager could start by trading levers and redstone dust, and then pistons and repeaters, and then sticky pistons and redstone torches, and then slime blocks and comparators, and finally observers and sculk sensors (1.18).
Idea #2:
The villager could trade raw materials that are useful for creating redstone components. For example the villager could trade redstone dust, quartz, slime balls, iron, stone, etc.
Please comment if you have any other ideas or ways to add on to the two ideas I listed above on how the feature could be implemented.
