Extruded custom skins

Minecraft players should have the option to completely design their custom skins just like in other websites or apps but in the skin select section the reason in asking this is because I have lots of custom skins that look wonky because they’re second layer is just flying over them while with minecr Official skins the second layer extrudes but if you could make your own completey custom skin in Minecraft instead of using pre determined parts and pieces like with Minecraft earths custom skins not only would the skins be more like what users want them to be but it would be easier to use and people wouldn’t need the others ways of getting skins then all other accessories or size changes or anything that couldn’t be done in character creation could be sold and or put on like capes
