Piglins should barter Netherrack instead of Nether Bricks

This will allow renewable Netherrack! Mojang tends to ignore the renewability of common blocks such as Dirt, Netherrack, or End Stone. These blocks are extremely important for farming plants and for terraforming, and can easily run out on active multiplayer maps!
