Search Creative Inventory by Data Tag

Allow players to use the search tab in the creative inventory to search for blocks and items by data tag.

With each new update the amount of blocks and items available to the player continues to grow, and with survival players gaining a new inventory management option in the form of bundles, it's a good idea to allow creative players the option to search for all items in the creative inventory that have a specific tag as well. This would allow creative players to more efficiently browse the creative inventory when looking for a general list of all blocks and items that belong to a certain tag. Allowing players this ability would guarantee a more effective search process for the ever-expanding creative inventory.

Ideally, players would be able to search for blocks and items as they normally do, but to search for items by tag, players should be able to type the name of a tag in quotation marks to get a list of all the items belonging to that tag. As an aside, this addition should include blocks and items that the player has added to a specific tag via data pack, so players who create custom blocks and other resources can keep track of all the items they've placed within a given tag.
