(Java parity) Make dispensers retract powder snow

With a new block that can be pushed by pistons and placed and broken by dispensers, so many possibilities come to mind.  Only if you're on Java edition, though.  Like with every single update, Mojang leaves something important out of the Bedrock edition.  Bedrock redstone is already so neglected, so couldn't Mojang just fix this one thing?
