Npcs with skins would be a new way to easily create NPCS within Minecraft. Just for people who create maps, this would give us absurd creative freedom! For example, it would be an entity similar to the player, however, we could add a skin or we could simply put someone's name, as custom heads work. We could tweak the AI, create a route for each NPC or even add quests and trades. we could change your skin and even create dialogs. Please, this would help Map Makers a lot!
It's basically a player, however you could access it from commands. The pattern would come without any skin, you would add it yourself.
