Rare, individual bases for each villager type

In villages, there are a few different types of villagers that all live together. But, what about the ones who want to live alone, in their own small bases or houses away from civilization? These would be hard to find, as most villagers would want to stay in their communities. But, you could occasionally stumble across a farmhouse with a larger than normal farm, a butcher with a ranch, a librarian with an actual small library, or other things away from the villages.

Players could get a good amount of resources from them, and they could also get good trades from the individual villagers. It would also be more fair for the introverted villagers who don’t like living in the city.
