Command Tome (New Artifact)

The Command Tome could be a new and fun artifact to play around with. I can't evaluate if this is balanced around the gameplay of Minecraft Dungeons, but it would be a fitting artifact to add. Here are the details: Power: Determines strength of the effect Name: Command Tome Effect: Activates the effect of a random artifact in your inventory. Cooldown: (Developer's Decision) Description: The tome contains glyphs and images of familiar artifacts. What could it mean? Obtainable Location: Highblock Halls Texture: Command Block, Book Let me know what you think of this idea, and how it could be more balanced if necessary!
