The Option To Replace the Scroll Wheel for Hotbar Scrolling

I think it'd be a nice thing for accessibility if in the controls on pc you could replace using the scroll wheel to scroll through your hotbar. For example, a player might want to use, for the sake of example, z to scroll left in their hotbar, and x to scroll right.
