feedback site: merge the caves & cliffs & java edition snapshots categories

This is because we have alot of categories on here and Im pretty sure the caves and cliffs and java edition snapshots categories are the same. Just merge the posts from the java edition snapshots category into the caves and cliffs and remove the java edition snapshots category.
