A command to change certain environmental visuals, such as sky color, water color, or even fog color and attributes, which isn't possible using resource packs or data packs currently. Having it be player specific would also be useful, if for example you wanted to change the color of the sky for a player, without changing another players area.
/environment [player] <sky/water/fog> [r] [g] [b] (+ any extra attributes if changing fog)
the single command would work similar to the /title command, but would be a more convoluted approach to a feature like this.
for accessibility this could also be split into separate commands, for example:
/skycolor [player] [r] [g] [b]
/watercolor [player] [r] [g] [b]
/fog [player] [r] [g] [b] [distance near] [distance far]
as far as I'm aware, water color would be least likely to be implemented with how it already works, but the editing of sky and fog attributes per player wouldn't interfere with any deeply embedded systems and would help majorly with custom mapping or any other custom experiences made by players in Minecraft.
