Giant oysters of the deep

These oysters would be the size of normal cows and they could be found in the deepest parts of underwater ravines or giant lakes in the caves. They would be kinda dangerous because if any entity including you falls into its open mouth, it will clamp down on you for 10 seconds. If you manage to kill it, it will drop a pearl that you can place down until it hatches into a baby giant oyster. What’s useful about this is that you could hatch many of them around your base in an underwater moat to defend your base.

    Uh... one problem, Pearls are not oyster eggs. Other than that, cool idea.

    pearls should be dropped if a sand block is dropped inside it's mouth, because that is how they're actually formed. also, like lasercraft has said, pearls are not oyster eggs
