/difficulty Set

I noticed in the debug menu while i was playing on normal mode that the local difficulty was 1.50, i quickly thought of a cool command change. You would type in /Difficulty Set and then set a number. (e.g. 3.53) this change could give players a harder challenge in the game if they think it's "too easy" this could also get the Fresh players a change to make the difficulty Just right.

    I think that vanilla /difficulty can transform to /difficulty world <peaceful | easy | normal | hard>, and can change the local difficulty by using /difficulty local <number>.
