Disable Command Blocks Command

I was trying to set up a command block to kill iron golems that were wandering around in my creative world build. Instead, it kills me and any other entity within a certain range of it instantly, and constantly. I can't get close enough to even see it, let alone turn it off. Can we please add a world command to turn all command blocks off? I'm willing to wait until another update, but please, I've worked on this build for years and don't want to risk losing it.
