Skin bug

This beta update came with a bug that's not letting me change my skin at all. I'm stuck on the Steve skin, and I'm finding it slightly annoying that I can't use a custom skin, or change me skin at all.

Is there anyway of fixing this issue?

    It sucks so much, they had the game perfect and now there's bugs everywhere! Like the not being able to change you're skin bug like why they had it perfect. It's stuff like this that makes terraria look even more amazing then what it already does

    I thought this was down to my crappy internet but I'm having a similar problem, my characters don't wanna save and I have to remake my entire character before playing. It's frustrating since it never did this crap before the new update but now I'm lucky if my character doesn't reset to Steve or Alex.

     

    On a weird note, the only skin that won't reset to default is my Wandering Trader skin from the free skin pack. Like, it's the only one I can choose that won't switch back to Steve or Alex and if I change it, it switches back to the trader. I think it's because that's what I've been using before the character creator got added so it's just stuck like that, it's like that's my default.

    For me, I can edit my skin but it doesn't show up at all, and then there is this one day that everything is fine randomly, then it goes back to the Steve skin again.

    Yeah Minecraft pls fix the bug i dont want to change my skin
