When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

A redstone block in a minecart

So I have an idea! Its a redstone block in a minecart, or just a redstone minecart! It's basically a moving power source. Right now there is no power source that can move, so the redstone minecart can move on rails! How this will work is if there is a redstone line next to a rail, when the redstone minecart goes over the rail next to the redstone dust, the redstone dust will activate! Actually anything that can be powered will be activated if its near a rail, and a redstone minecart goes through that rail. This will help connecting redstone projects that are far away from each other, so you don't have to build a long redstone line with repeaters! Maybe this redstone minecart can even power powered rails it goes on! Also it doesn't even have to be a redstone minecart, Minecraft just needs a moving source block thing, and maybe it can even do something special, like the skulk sensor!

    Not quite... they'd have similar but ultimately different uses (detector rails power when a minecart goes over them... while a Redstone Minecart would be itself a power source).

    Detector rail and minecart is the same as redstone minecart and rails so why

    They're not the same as detector rails! Detector rails power the blocks around it. The Redstone Block minecart would power the block above it.
