Sounds for interacting with Chest Minecarts

Chest Minecarts are a unique addition to the game allowing a portable type of storage for players, however, I feel that some kind of sound needs to be implemented when interacting with them. At this moment in time, opening or closing one produces absolutely no sound or subtitle, and I think it would be a nice addition to the game to have sounds for interacting with this entity.
