shader support transparency from mojang

Ever since the render dragon update, hundres of community created shaders were disabled, only letting people with RTX graphics cards/ high end devices able to use shaders, Mojang hasn´t give an official response on the matter, leaving the community with low end devices without a piece of costumazation, that was free before render dragon.

A statement from Mojang on, when 3rd party support from shadders will come would be a good thing.
