Make Java and Bedrock the same/ Off hand

Now, I know, that might be impossible in Minecraft, but just a few things will do. Now to me the most important one is off-hand. Off-hand can be useful. Now, I play on iOS and Xbox, so maybe not touch, However controller and keyboard, yea that's possible. PLEASE PLEASE do this.
