Buff Illagers during raids or make a new type of illager

I would like to buff illagers during raids because it is too easy. Every time I do a raid I always beat those Illagers even in hard mode. Maybe make the witches buff the Illagers with speed potions or strength potion. That will be a great challenge. Or if you can't do that a new Illager idea could be an Illager that has the ability to pull the player or any other humanoids to it. This will help find villagers and make the players vulnerable. These are my suggestions on buffing illagers.
