Sort feedback categories by how many posts each one has

I noticed the structures category is at the very end although it is a very important category with alot of posts. I didn't notice it for along time. However, there are under 150 posts in both "Education Related" and "Community Live Events." This can be solved by sorting the categories by how many posts each one has. This will push the more popular categories to the top. Naturally, Caves and Cliffs will stay at the top until it is released.
