End Ore Idea: Endervogulite

Basically, the concept of this ore is that it's similar to redstone dust. It drops 4-6 Endervogulite dust when mined. However, it cannot connect with redstone dust unless through a special connecter block. (I was thinking solder, but that would require tin) The Dust connects a power level that is fully dependent of the light level of the block the dust is in. It then powers regular blocks based on that light level charge.

For those of you that are saying that this is too op, remember you have to kill several endermen and blazes, locate a stronghold, beat the game, get to the outer islands where the ore is found, and get back without dying. It's meant to be a late-game thing.
