bring back scrapped ideas please

i want to ask Mojang why just scrap all the cool mob block and other ideas from old minecons instead of putting them in the game like a new update like the aquatic update so that the game is a bit harder like making a new mode for bedrock/java editions where u can play the game normally BUT with all the scrapped ideas and if that was to long to read the main thing of this idea is add a gamemode for bedrock/java editions to where its the normal game but with old/scrapped ideas like the blaze king for example
