All armor parts should have second layer

I realized that player skins have second layers for all parts of skin, but armors still use "legacy" model and 64x32 texture resolution, which makes helmet only part of armor to have second layer, which doesnt have much sense. I think armor textures should be 64x64, so resource pack makers can do more things with it.
