Emotes being taken away

Anyways, i don't know if it's me but emotes have been disappearing, and not just normal emotes but emotes I've purchased, and it's understandable, games choices but money I've spent isnt refunded or anything therefore I'm wasting money without even being able to use what i spent it on. Just a suggestion. You can do whatvyou wsnt but it's a suggestion for others who may have the same problem
