Charged Creeper's should have fire resistance

Charged Creepers should have Fire Resistance, so they won't take damage from the fire that spawns from a lightning strike (and they won't stay on fire in snowy biomes).

Also, Lightning shouldn't damage things that have fire resistance, seeing as what makes lightning dangerous is how hot it is.

    good point, also skeletons should be fireproof and should not drown because, you know, skeletons.

    ACTUALLY... dry bones are more flammable than wood (in real life). Making them not flammable wouldn't make sense, and then they wouldn't burn in daylight.

    Oh, and Skeletons already can't drown.
