Mountaineer Illager in Caves and Cliffs Update

Hailing from Minecraft Dungeons Howling Peaks DLC, I would like to see this Illager in the Caves and Cliffs Update. He should behave like a Vindicator that deals less damage due to wielding an Iron Pickaxe instead of an Iron Axe, but he has advantages such as climbing walls and walking on Powder Snow as well as have immunity to it. He should spawn in all Mountain variants at higher y-levels at night, and will occasionally replace some of the Vindicators in a Raid if the event is in a snowy biome.

    it lost the vote to glow squid, and there would be too many new mobs.

    Instead of spawning randomly, Mountaineers should be found in a unique mountain structure that is akin to the Ramparts secret mission in Minecraft Dungeons. Essentially a stone fortress in the mountains with Pillagers, Vindicators, Mountaineers, and Iceologers on the outside roof area. This would fit more inline with other Illagers who aren't found outside their structures or specific patrolling groups. You could also add the Mountaineering pick as a reward for going into this structure, and you'd use it for traversal as the Mountaineers do.
