Smelt Ore blocks into metal blocks but only using blast furnace and LAVA

Add convenience to smelting the new ore blocks straight into the equivalent metal block, but to overcome the fuel / speed impact make it so it only works in a blast furnace if you're using lava beckets.

This also gives a specific use/benefit for lava bucket smelting that most people will ignore.

It also makes it feel like a more 'industrial' form of smelting.

    Great idea. This would give both blast furnaces and lava as fuel a viable use. If it's possible, though, it should take three times as long to smelt as an ore in a regular furnace, or six times as long as in a blast furnace.

    Oh wait, you mean the raw ore blocks? Oops, I thought you meant the ores themselves. I take back what I said about it being overpowered...
