Add new sound effects for Hay bale.

I think hay bales needs it's own sound effects. It has the grass sound effect and it makes it sound like it's an hard object, but hay bales can reduce fall damage A LOT. That's why hay bales needs it's own sound effects. Make it so the block itself can sound like a soft object instead of an hard object.
