villagers change behaviour in leadership and interaction

Basically, I want them to fight back against mobs because let’s face it: the golem should don’t do anything. I also want connections with other villages. A war can happen between villages, and you have to end them. Finally, I want villager leaders, kind of like the pillager captain.
