Locate Block in a specific area for bedrock/disable specific command blocks

So, it's like a command where you give 2 coordinates and then a block, and the game sees if it's there for you. There is no command like this on bedrock unless it's execute, which is hard to use

Disabling repeating/chain command blocks would be a great help to many people, so please consider!
