Dissable ESC key while writting books

It's a bit of annoying pressing (accidentaly) ESC key while writting a book (of coordinates or whaterever)

and then it just closes without saving any what i wrote!

Please, add an confirmation button or just make an option to disable this for writting books, i'm just too stupid and always do that unconsciously
