Predicate for real-life date and time

There should be a predicate that checks what real-life date it is (like how chests change on Christmas, and Zombies/Skeletons spawn with pumpkins on Halloween) so that people who make Data Packs can have special occurrences that only happen on specific days (mainly for holidays).
