The feedback tagged as 'released' should be hidden by default so other posts will be more visible unless you show them. Also, disallow new votes in those released feedback, because you don't need to vote on already released ones. But, still enable comments so the feedback can be further discussed or improved upon. This is to promote less readable/popular feedback to vote on.
