A decting command for blocks. Used for in command blocks

This would be great for making all sorts of minigames and commandblock doors. The idea is that you specify the block you want the commandblock to detect and the coordinate and it will put out a redstone signal when it detects that block.

    This feature already exists:

    /execute if block ~ ~ ~ minecraft:stone

    Then just hook it up to a comparator, or use conditional chain command blocks!
