Iron golems should be able to jump over fences

Iron golems in villages are always getting stuck inside pens of naturally generated villages. They should be able to jump on top of fence blocks so the can defend the village, and they're so tall it just makes sense they'd be able to get out. additionally, they should lift villagers out when they get stuck behind fences too.

    Creo que sería mejor que los aldeanos puedan abrir las puertas de vallas y los Golem puedan saltar las vallas
