Brighter colours for signs

Coloured signs now appear darker then first so i thought you could leftclick on a sign with glowstone dust to make the lighter version.

    In 1.17 you will be able to do it with glow ink sac

    @Tsarbomba456 Hi, this was implemented quite recently. Kill a Glowsquid and use it's ink sack. It may not be visibly different in the day, but at night there is a HUGE difference besides the blank ink which is currently bugged as of 5/9/21.
