McMeta for custom fonts

So you know how we can animate block and item textures with mcmeta files and all that but, we could also start doing it with Fonts so we could f.e. Have a loading screen for a sifi adventure map.

    This is a great idea, I'm surprised it's not already a thing. Fonts are already used for custom HUDs, so if this were to become a thing we could have custom animated HUDs without the use of jank.

    Animated wobbling bars ala vanilla health-bar, ticking timers that appear on-screen, animated books, the possibilities are endless.

    You can technically do this with a bunch of datapack jank as mentioned, but it would be much more efficient and easier to just allow fonts to use .mcmeta animation.
