Add arguments for some commands

Some commands (I only have two in mind for now) are missing some arguments, like" scoreboard", which only has "dummy" as an argument in "scoreboard objective add". It is kinda restricting to have limited commands in Bedrock and not on Java. Most of the ideas with command blocks only work on Java edition because Bedrock edition is really restricted speaking of commands. It is also sad that the command "spreadplayers" always teleports on the highest block, and doesn't have any way to teleport players lower with that exact same command, but it is less useful than the missing parameters for the other commands.
