Add launcher to PE

Adding a launcher to PE Would be really helpful to access versions snapshots and to move the access of the beta and exactly like the java one but with the ability to mod your game kinda like horizon the minecraft app

  About mod,i don't know if you knew,but there aren't mods for mc:bedrock becaus it dosn't support them,this woud be a great idea if it clud be Possible on consolse ect
