/chatmode command

I think a good idea for a command is something seen on servers like Hypixel, which is a command to change the mode of your chat to a specific player, everyone, or your entire team. With the /team and /teammsg commands already in the game, this seems like the next logical step, so you don’t have to always type /teammsg whenever you want to send a private message. The syntax could be something like this:

/chatmode <player:target> <mode:string>

For example, you could type:

/chatmode Username1234 team
