Wither general

Since the piglins have another stronger variant the piglin brute than why don't the wither skeletons have a stronger variant of them. The wither general will wield a stone sword and a shield so that it can protect itself. The Wither general has a 20 percent chance of it dropping a wither skull but only 3 wither generals spawn in each fortress making it sorta like the elder guardian. The wither general will also protect wither skeletons from being killed

    I think it should have an iron sword and more health along with the shield.
