When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Bee Observer

In current behaviour of Observer blocks, they cannot intuitively detect a bee going past them.
I also tried monitoring the block state of a beehive using an observer and it didn't trigger.

Counting if a bee has gone past is useful for bee-based circuitry as a spontaneous events generator (that works during the day only).

    This is doable in a number of ways already

    1: if your observer isnt detecting any change in your beehive, that is a bug, as it is intended to detect this

    2: observers can detect entities going past them if you place string in front of the observing face

    3: you can use any spontaneous events generator with an and gate connected to a daylight sensor.
