Tax Collector Villager

I think there should be a new villager that is focused around the collection of emeralds, gold, iron, diamonds and such. The player should use items collected from trading with villagers to exchange for emeralds or gold (or vise versa). The tax collector should be rich, meaning that he has golden garments, and a mansion instead of a house,

    What if instead of that when one is part of a village he is targeted by raids, increases prices of all villagers, but when you trade with him you get a big popularity boost.
