The Devastator is an Overworld Boss that can be summoned in a similar fashion to the Wither Boss, Snow and Iron Golems, but can only be summoned under y 0. It is a Giant worm that destroys blocks along the path it takes, it never takes a direct approach at players so that the majority of the time, the player will not see it coming. Has High health, Fire resistance(for when it inevitably touches lava) and high knockback damage. This may sound too difficult for most players, but the following strategy for defeating The Devastator would work well with the games mechanics: For best results, a player would need to bring a lot of boats and fight the boss in an underground lake, The Devastator will not be able to destroy water. A crossbow or Trident would be recommended for shooting into the water. Finally, the player will probably benefit from having potions, especially night vision because the new boss will likely destroy most light sources nearby. No need to worry about Wardens because the amount of Earthquake-like vibrations The Devastator makes during the battle makes them prioritize running away from it instead of attacking you.
