With many people happens, when when fighting with someone, you are helped by dogs, you accidentally hit them with a sword, hit with a bow, etc., I suggest adding a "Dog bracelet" to the game, when you take it in the second hand, you will not be able to inflict damage to your dogs, to craft this bracelet, you will need 3 blocks of wool, 2 threads and 1 bone.
