A powerful mage that spawns in the Nether. Has a spell to send fireballs at you, exploding and doing wither damage. When you get too close, it will spawn fire around it. But if you get 10 blocks away from it, fireballs will start appearing around it. Then they will start flying at you. When you kill it, you will get a ghast mage staff, and you can shoot fireballs at enemies. Don't forget to aim!
